Inara Camp ★ Coup de Cœur Luxe
Inara Camp is our first recommendation without hesitation. Founded by Vincent Jaquet, a pioneer of desert tourism in Morocco, the camp is spread over 21 hectares - a surface area that means you never feel cramped, even in high season when other camps resemble tented villages.
What really sets us apart from the competition is our service. The staff are cited in almost all the positive reviews, and this is no accident - the welcome is sincere, attentive, never intrusive. The restaurant is excellent - a rarity in Agafay camps, where catering is often the weak point. Dishes are cooked on site with fresh produce, not reheated en masse.
The heated «Desert Lagoon» pool is a real asset from October to March when the nights are cool and the other pools become unusable. The second, larger pool is perfect in summer. The decor is a successful blend of Berber craftsmanship and modern comfort - the tents are spacious (25-36m²), each with private bathroom and terrace.
It's not the most Instagrammable camp - Agafay Luxury Camp steals the show photo-wise - but it's the one where you sleep best, eat best, and come back for more.
